Corso di GYROTONIC nel contesto osteopatico

Il corso ti servirà per applicare il metodo GYROTONIC utilizzando chiavi di lettura ed interpretazione osteopatiche. Durante il corso verranno presi in esame le relazioni fra i due metodi attraverso informazioni sia teoriche che pratiche con esercizi applicati sia alla Pulley Tower Combination Unit sia al suolo. Imparerai alcuni esempi dell’ approccio osteopatico per la ricerca di restrizioni di movimento (articolare, muscolare, viscerale, craniosacrale) con particolare attenzione alle “Hands on“ in accordo con la biomeccanica articolare e la “lesione osteopatica“.

NON sono necessarie conoscenze medico/osteopatiche per la partecipazione al corso.

Il corso verrà tenuto da Silvia Frosali, che è stata autorizzata all’ insegnamento di questo corso da Juliu Horvath e dall‘International Gyrotonic Headquarter.

Chi è Silvia Frosali?

Silvia Frosali inizia la sua carriera come danzatrice in Italia e all’estero fino a quando, alla fine degli anni ’80, si diploma in massofisioterapia. Nello stesso periodo conosce Juliu Horvath ed il GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® che inizia insegnare regolarmente in contesti principalmente terapeutici sia in Italia che in Germania. Nel ’97 inizia in Germania gli studi presso la International Academy of Osteopathy. Dal 2003 Silvia insegna come Master Trainer di GYROTONIC, dal 2007 anche come Master Trainer di GYROKINESIS, e dal 2005 e’ Osteopata D.O. Silvia è inoltre GYROKINESISSpecialized Master Trainer , titolo che le permette di tenere le Certificazioni finali di GYROKINESIS s.

Prerequisiti per la partecipazione al corso:

Il partecipante deve essere insegnante di primo livello nel metodo GYROTONIC.

This course will help you apply the GYROTONIC method using osteopathic tools and analysis. During the course, the relationships between the two methods will be examined through both theoretical and practical information, with exercises applied both on the Pulley Tower Combination Unit and on the floor. You will learn some examples of the osteopathic approach to identify movement restrictions (articular, muscular, visceral, craniosacral) with particular attention to “hands-on” techniques in agreement with joint biomechanics and the concept of “osteopathic lesion”.

No medical/osteopathic knowledge is required to participate in the course.

The course will be led by Silvia Frosali, who has been authorized to teach this course by Juliu Horvath and the International GYROTONIC Headquarters.

Who is Silvia Frosali?

Silvia Frosali began her career as a dancer in Italy and abroad until, in the late 1980s, she graduated in massage therapy. Around the same time, she met Juliu Horvath and got to know the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, which she started teaching regularly, mainly in therapeutic settings in both Italy and Germany. In 1997, she began her studies at the International Academy of Osteopathy in Germany.Since 2003, Silvia has been teaching as a GYROTONIC Master Trainer and, since 2007, as a GYROKINESIS Master Trainer. She became an Osteopath (D.O.) in 2005.Silvia is also a GYROKINESIS Specialized Master Trainer, which allows her to conduct GYROKINESIS final certifications.

Course Requirements:

Participants must be certified GYROTONIC Level 1 instructors.
